Star Point Horsemanship does not accept returns. Exchanges or store credit only.
Items must be in brand new condition free of dust/dirt. Any sign of wear will not qualify for an exchange under any circumstances.

Please understand some items are limited edition and may be out of stock/unable to exchange for the same color/print. In this circumstance, we will offer store credit or an alternate color/print choice depending on the item purchased.
All new items require the BUYER to pay shipping of the new item. Please enclose $5 for USA orders on halters/leads/fly mask exchanges.
Please enclose $10 for all USA sheet/blanket/show halter exchanges.
Please enclose $25 for all International exchanges.
Star Point Horsemanship is NOT responsible for return shipping in the event of exchange under any circumstance. The buyer assumes all costs. We are happy to provide a return label at your cost upon your request.
In the event an item is defective, a new item will be sent to you at no charge. The item is considered defective if it arrives in this condition, not after use or being worn by the horse. Once any item has been used and worn after 24 hours, it is considered 'used' and will not be exchanged or refunded in the event of any damage caused by the horse.

HOW LONG DO ITEMS TAKE TO SHIP? - If you choose standard shipping, it takes 3-6 business days on average. If you choose expedited, it takes 2-3 business days within the US. International shipping is standard first class on most orders until chosen by the buyer and takes between 5-14 days to arrive overseas depending on the ship carrier.
WHEN DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS? - We restock frequently, but some items are seasonal. Feel free to write and ask us if you are needing something. We do not provide custom orders, but we do take requests or suggestions for future orders.
