EXCHANGE POLICY

All Star Point Products include a 7 day EXCHANGE POLICY

Star Point Horsemanship does not accept returns. Exchanges or store credit only.

 

EXCHANGE

Items must be in brand new condition free of dust/dirt. Any sign of wear will not qualify for an exchange under any circumstances.

PLEASE make a NOTE in your package of what you want in exchange. 

 

Please understand some items are limited edition and may be out of stock/unable to exchange for the same color/print. In this circumstance, we will offer store credit or an alternate color/print choice depending on the item purchased. 

 

All new items require the BUYER to pay shipping of the new item. Please enclose $5 for USA orders on halters/leads/fly mask exchanges. 

 

Please enclose $10 for all USA sheet/blanket/show halter exchanges. 

 

In the event an item is defective, a new item will be sent to you at no charge. The item is considered defective if it arrives in this condition, not after use. Please message us ASAP if you think your item has a problem upon receiving it.
